Joining the server¶
CarbonCraft accepts both Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (Windows, mobile, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch). Java and Bedrock players share the same worlds and the same economy, so you can play with friends on either edition.

| Port | not needed |
| Version | 26.2 or newer |
- Open Multiplayer, then Add Server.
- Enter
play.carboncraft.xyzas the server address. - Click Done, then join.
Older versions can't connect. If you see "Outdated client", update your game.
When you join, the server asks you to download its resource pack. Accept it, or custom items, plushies and menus won't display properly.
Bedrock Edition¶
| Address | play.carboncraft.xyz |
| Port | 19132 |
| Version | latest Bedrock release |

- Scroll down and choose Add Server.
- Enter any name,

Your first join downloads CarbonCraft's resource pack, so that custom items, plushies and menus display correctly. Accept it when asked.
Your name on Bedrock¶
Bedrock players have a dot in front of their name in game, for example .Steve.
Any spaces in your gamertag become underscores. Include the dot when someone needs
to type your name in a command, for example /msg .Steve hi.
Can't connect?¶
- Double-check the address. The port is
19132on Bedrock; Java needs no port. - Make sure your game is up to date.
- Still stuck? Ask in our Discord.
